Welcome To Tinkertown Museum! How we're working to keep your visit safe.
We are excited to be welcoming you back to Tinkertown after a year of pandemic closure. Here’s what you need to know about our new system.
Purchase your reserved tickets on our website anytime through August 2, 2021 for a time-slot that works for you and your group of up to 8. Admission prices are Adults/Seniors, $6; Kids aged 4-16 years, $3.
Your online purchase will include a follow up email, offering the ability to print your admission ticket or store it on your mobile device. You must have one of these tickets to enter Tinkertown Museum. If you have any difficulties with the ticketing process, please call 505-281-5233 and leave a message. We will call you back.
To ensure that your visit is enjoyable, safe and convenient we ask you to follow these simple guidelines:
- Arrive at the Museum parking lot prior to your reservation. State regulations require that all visitors must not exhibit symptoms of COVID infections and wear a mask at all times;
- Make sure your appointment confirmation code is viewable on your mobile device or a print out;
- There is one port-a-john on the grounds of Tinkertown Museum and picnicking is not allowed.
Upon arrival for your one-hour tour, we will scan your group tickets and guide you through the entrance and you’ll have your own time and space to enjoy Tinkertown Museum. If your group is less than six, others may purchase tickets for the same time slot, but no more than 8 will start at the same time, and we will stagger unrelated groups.
Your group will have one hour to visit the Museum, Afterwards, you’ll have time to visit our Gift Shop and the outdoor exhibits.Your visit to Tinkertown Museum will conclude after 90 minutes, making room for other arriving visitors.
Don’t forget your masks, some quarters for optimum enjoyment and your curiosity!
